Grade Backup & Recovery (signed, tamper-evident — survives a Supabase loss)

Downloads a signed snapshot of every student's ledger and checks it. An automatic daily copy is also kept in the private grade-mirror repo.
Restore from a backup file… (overwrites the live ledger)
Replays only rows bearing a valid signature from this server, byte-for-byte (tampered/unsigned rows are refused). The file is re-verified before anything is written. Type RESTORE to enable.

Manage Students (archive hides a student from class views without deleting their work)

Uses the section filter above; blank loads everyone.
🧪 test? is a hint only. Review the row before archiving it. Unarchive restores every class view and keeps all saved work.

Pacing Overview (student readiness — the same colors they see in My Ledger)

Class Grades

Quarter columns show the cumulative quarter grade; unit columns show the per-unit grade (Worksheet / Quiz feeders plus the Progress Check booster). Completion (ws / q / pc) is the accountability readout: did the student finish the work, regardless of score.

Gradebook (1:1 Schoology — component grid)

Quarter:
Each cell is a component score (Follow-Along / Quiz / Blooket per lesson; Progress Check per unit; posters are banked bonus, not a column), grouped by Schoology category. Schoology = the category-weighted total (PC 50 / Lesson 25 / Quizzes 17.5 / Blooket 7.5). v3 = the app's two-track model. The Δ on v3 flags where the two diverge. Click a row for the student drawer.

TI-84 Practice

Class skill overview

Names describe the skill; the small code is a reference, not a lesson number. Colors show the share flagged for review among students with graded evidence, not the percentage of wrong answers.

Skills to review

Expand a skill to see who is flagged and how much graded evidence is available, then click a name to inspect saved work. These estimates do not change grades. A small amount of evidence can still produce a flag even after a correct answer; check the work before assigning extra practice.

Persistent misconceptions

Network (passive probe from student Desks — data only, no grades)

Host↔host connected in school hours ⇒ direct P2P is viable. srflx-only, or mDNS never seen ⇒ client isolation (consider the LAN relay). Policy-blocked ⇒ the device forbids WebRTC. In school = weekdays 07:30–15:30 New York time.

Remediation

Proposed remediations come from the current mastery readout (or you can add them manually via the API). Approve to assign to the student; complete on their behalf when the re-check is closed; waive a row that is already covered by other evidence. A re-check for a given skill unlocks when every assigned remediation for that skill is completed or waived.

PC Makeup

After the in-class paper Progress Check, unlock the online makeup for the students who were present — they can retake infinitely to raise the grade (best-wins, only ever raises). Leave absentees locked and unlock each one individually below after their after-school paper makeup. PC scores stay OFF the report grade until PC_TRACK_ENABLED is set for the year.

Quarter Close & Bonus

At the end of a quarter, Freeze it — this snapshots every student's current quarter grade as the authoritative closed-quarter record (those are the numbers you enter into Schoology). Freezing is one-way per quarter: the FIRST freeze wins. Afterward, Bonus deltas lists anyone whose grade rose since the freeze (e.g. a makeup PC), so you can grant the difference as extra credit in the new quarter. Does not change how any grade computes — it only records + compares.
